The rooms are ready for check-in from 15:00. You are welcome to arrive earlier, store your luggage with us or use the indoor swimming pool. For EUR 18 per person, you can enjoy our breakfast buffet on the day of arrival with prior reservation.
CANCELLATION
For direct bookings, cancellation is free up to 2 days before check-in. For bookings made through third-party providers, the fees will depend on the selected price and the terms and conditions of the provider. Special conditions apply for groups of 5 rooms or more and for seminars.
Check-out is possible until 11:00 on the day of departure. You are welcome to continue using our Vital Center free of charge until the evening. A later check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability.
PAYMENT
We trust our guests, which is why no deposit is required. The room, along with any additional services, can be paid for on-site in cash or by credit card or debit card.
DOGS
Dogs are welcome at our hotel and are allowed to accompany you on a leash in the hotel and restaurant. The fee is EUR 15 per dog per night, and we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if necessary. Prior registration is required.
HALFBOARD
The price for half-board is EUR 31 per person per day and can be individually added on a daily basis. You are welcome to inform us during the reservation process. Please note that our restaurant is closed on Mondays.
