VITAL CENTER
Our vital center offers the perfect retreat to escape the hectic everyday life. Enjoy four different types of sauna, dive into our refreshing indoor pool or relax in the rest area. The use of the wellness area is included in the room price for hotel guests. We also warmly welcome external guests.
OUR OFFER IN THE VITAL CENTER
Finnish Sauna
At 80°C to 105°C, the classic Finnish sauna is the perfect place to get sweaty! The very low humidity makes the high temperatures bearable and strengthens the immune system.
Organic Herbal Sauna
Natural herbs and therapeutic heat in the organic herbal sauna soothe mind and body. The temperature of about 55°C and a humidity level of approx. 20% enable sauna sessions that are gentle on the body.
Steam Bath
With a high humidity of up to 100% and approx. 55°C, the steam bath is a gentle alternative to the sauna. It clears the airways and relieves tension.
Small Infrared Cabin
The mild radiant heat of the infrared light, in combination with a well-tolerated temperature of 45°C to 50°C, has a beneficial effect on tension and joint problems.
Indoor Pool
The water temperature of approx. 26 - 28 °C ensures perfect cooling after the sauna or in the summer months. Massage jets, waterfall, counter-current system and wild water canal ensure fun and variety.
Small Gym
Our small fitness room offers 2 bicycle ergometers and 5 weight machines. Open daily for our hotel guests from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Rest Area
You can relax wonderfully on the loungers in our relaxation gallery and enjoy the garden view.
Beverage Express
Whether you're craving a cold drink or a hot beverage, our miniature train will deliver it right to the wellness area on request. Popular with all ages, this convenient service is the perfect way to stay refreshed.
Massage
From classic massages to Lomi Lomi Nui massage - our mobile masseuses offer an exclusive selection of treatments. Reserve in advance to ensure your preferred date is available.
Bath Bag
Relax from the minute you check in- a cozy bathrobe, towels and slippers are waiting for you to make your stay in our wellness area as pleasant as possible.
Garden
When the weather is nice, our small, green garde invites you to breathe fresh air, sunbathe or just relax. In winter, you can get your circulation going between sauna sessions outside.
Please note that from 4:00 p.m. in the entire Vital Center nudism is allowed - but not mandatory.
Bringing in food and drinks is not permitted.
DAY SPA
External guests are also very welcome in our Vital Center.
There is a 50% reduction for children from 4 to 14 years.
